Three anchor rates. Every booking includes the full room, the infinity cyc, the lighting grid, and prep stations. Overtime and equipment are quoted clearly when you need them.

The room is yours. Agency, brand, and film productions.

Per hour, the Minimum works out to ₱2,500, the Half Day to ₱2,200, and the Whole Day to ₱2,000 over a full 10 hours. Overtime ₱2,500 per hour after a 20 minute grace, capped at the Whole Day rate. A 50 percent deposit confirms your date. Other durations on request.

Booking & Rates
How do I book the studio? +
Book online at book.pioneerxstudios.com or DM us on Instagram @pioneerxstudios. A 50% deposit confirms your slot. We send your payment link the same day, usually within a few hours.
How much does it cost to rent the studio? +
Every rate is the full room. ₱7,500 for 3 hours, ₱11,000 for 5 hours, or ₱20,000 for the whole day, up to 10 hours. See the full rates for overtime, add ons and equipment.
What is included in the rate? +
The full room: the 6m × 6m × 6m infinity cyc, 100A 3 phase power, 15HP Daikin air conditioning, high speed WiFi, free on-site parking, dual glam and prep stations, client lounge with monitor, dedicated kitchenette and the studio lighting grid. Two backdrop pulls per booking are included (same color). Extra pulls: ₱500 same color, ₱1,000 new color.
Can I book a late night or early morning shoot? +
Yes. PioneerX is available 24/7 by appointment. Some bookings may require additional coordination depending on timing, shoot scale, and studio support needed. Message the studio before booking.
The Space
Where exactly is the studio? +
2F Pioneer Centre, Cor. Pioneer, United & Brixton St., Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City, Metro Manila. The studio is in Pasig, not Mandaluyong. Search PioneerX Studios on Waze or Google Maps, or see parking, load in and directions.
Is parking available? +
Yes. Free on-site parking at Pioneer Centre, Kapitolyo. No street meters and no circling. DM us before your shoot to confirm access details.
Can I shoot video, product, or e-commerce content? +
Yes. The studio works for fashion editorial, beauty, commercial video, product photography, and e-commerce. The 100A 3 phase supply handles video lighting kits.
Do you host events? +
Yes. Event packages start at ₱15,000 (Intimate, up to 15 guests, 4 hrs) through to ₱35,000 (Full Exclusive, up to 50 guests, 10 hrs). A ₱5,000 refundable security deposit applies. DM us on Instagram to discuss your event.

PioneerX came out of 15 years of shooting on other people's sets. Too many studios were designed for square footage. This one was designed for the work.

15 years on other people's sets. I saw what worked and what did not, then built the place I always wished existed. Good power, a clean cyc, and enough room to do the work properly. That was the whole point.
